Leadership Practice Group

LPG--a community of self-directed, motivated individuals--was born of the belief that everyone can become a leader. It's a matter of practicing effective habits. And habits can be learned and unlearned. To that end, we get together once a month to live good habits--to become more effective.

MWG's Contribution to LPG

Middle Way Group (MWG) believes in the Golden Triangle of Leadership which suggests that in order to transform oneself, one must change one's habits (not by talking but by doing), then one must acquire competencies and skills to be consistent with the domain of venture one wants to pursue, and finally, one must integrate the actions to work on projects deliberately to reinforce, renew and honestly travel the path toward one's life purpose. Walk the talk.

We welcome opportunities to start new LPG chapters for individuals who want to become more motivated, more effective and more successful in whatever domains they wish to pursue.
