Contributing to RCTC's Business & Workfoce Education
RCTC has a continuing focus of educating the Rochester business community on global diversity from the perspective that businesses must understand the cultural framework and perspective of their global clients and partners in order to deliver superior bottom-line results. It's a time-honored recognition that respecting some one else's perspective and their culture, such as language, traditions, history, is the foundation for good will, collaboration and trust.
At Middle Way Group (MWG) Consulting, one of our founding principles is to model the enlightened evolution of the new earth in which tolerance, respect and compassion are the operating principles. We'd like to say that we take the extra mile to meet others half way.
We are delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to RCTC's MJSP Intercultural Training programs offered currently under a grant from the State of Minnesota to a large computer company located in Rochester, MN.
Al Lun, founder of MWG, is co-delivering the MJSP China Training Course, with RCTC. He is also collaborating with culture-curious learners and culture-aware colleagues to build a Culture Center to contribute cultural knowledge to enhance Rochester's capacity to embrace and leverage diversity.
